Dear Valued Customers, We are posting this notice to inform you that due to the COVID-19 health advisory many suppliers are taking longer to fulfil their production orders which may take one to two weeks longer to ship.
COVID-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented pressure on domestic and international Postal Delivery organizations to meet their normal package delivery time on occasion resulting in up to 3 weeks delay. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Customers are our business and we want to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, let us know and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange for your merchandise. Returns and Exchanges are only available on items that have not been customized.
Within 30 days from original date of purchase, unused items may be returned for credit, exchange or refund, less shipping fees. All returned products must be received in the original packaging, in completely resalable condition, within 30 days of purchase. All gift orders can be returned for store credit for the recipient or refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Once we receive the returned merchandise into our warehouse, we will credit your account within 10 business days and notify you via email. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you order was delivered after 30 days (does not apply to backorders) or an Express shipments not delivered within the specified time frame.
If your order was Damaged, or Missing Items when you received it, please contact Customer Service and we will make sure it is replaced at no cost to you.
If your product is not what you were looking for and you would like to exchange it, our Customer Service reps would be happy to assist you. Return your merchandise using our easy and convenient return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling our Customer Service center. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it into our warehouse. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our website.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can log into your Account and print out a Return Authorization Form to be included with your returned item. Or check your packing slip for the return address and instructions.
